# Photerior

> Editorial, architectural property and interiors photography and film for prime estate agents, developers and commercial clients across Essex, Suffolk and London. Founded by photographer Richard Blaxall, based in Colchester.

## What Photerior is
A single-photographer studio producing high-end marketing imagery. The core of the work is prime residential instructions — country houses, period homes, modernist builds and lifestyle interiors — alongside a smaller, ongoing line of commercial work: offices, hospitality, retail and show homes. The work is deliberately editorial rather than transactional: fewer frames, stronger frames.

## How the work is made
- Considered light, not flash-HDR — daylight for residential work; for commercial and hospitality briefs, the space's own lighting scheme or controlled fill light where the brief calls for it.
- True verticals and honest lines — architectural discipline, no wide-angle distortion.
- Curated sets — a tightly edited delivery of portal- and print-ready frames.
- Detail vignettes — the small moments (a doorway, a texture, a view) that make a home feel singular.
